Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten unserer Websitebesucher nur, soweit dies zur Bereitstellung einer funktionsfähigen Website sowie unserer Inhalte und Leistungen erforderlich ist.

Unsere Website wird bei der STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, gehostet. STRATO speichert Daten wie IP-Adressen, Logfiles und Serverzugriffe, um den sicheren Betrieb der Website zu gewährleisten.
Mit STRATO wurde ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO abgeschlossen.
Rechtsgrundlage für die Datenverarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren und stabilen Websitebetrieb).
Die Daten werden gelöscht, sobald sie für den Zweck ihrer Erhebung nicht mehr erforderlich sind.
4. SSL-/TLS-Verschlüsselung
Diese Website nutzt eine SSL- bzw. TLS-Verschlüsselung. Dadurch können Daten, die Sie an uns übermitteln, nicht von Dritten mitgelesen werden. Eine verschlüsselte Verbindung erkennen Sie an der Adresszeile des Browsers („https://“).
5. Erfassung von Zugriffsdaten (Server-Logfiles)
Beim Aufrufen unserer Website erfasst STRATO automatisch Daten und Informationen vom Computersystem des aufrufenden Rechners.

6. Kontaktformular
Wenn Sie uns über das Kontaktformular anschreiben, werden Ihre Angaben (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Nachricht) zum Zweck der Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage gespeichert.
Die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung oder vorvertragliche Maßnahmen).
Ihre Daten werden gelöscht, sobald die Anfrage abschließend bearbeitet wurde, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.

9. Content-Management-System (WordPress)
Unsere Website nutzt das Content-Management-System WordPress (Automattic Inc., 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA).
WordPress verarbeitet technisch notwendige Daten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Browserinformationen), um die Darstellung der Inhalte zu ermöglichen.
Es erfolgt keine Übermittlung personenbezogener Daten an Automattic ohne deine aktive Nutzung von WordPress.com-Diensten (z. B. Jetpack, Gravatar, etc.), die auf dieser Website nicht eingesetzt werden.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der technisch fehlerfreien Bereitstellung der Website).
10. Geplanter Online-Shop
Für den geplanten Online-Shop werden voraussichtlich personenbezogene Daten (z. B. Name, Anschrift, Zahlungsinformationen) zum Zweck der Bestellabwicklung verarbeitet.
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung) und ggf. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO (gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten).
Eine aktualisierte Datenschutzerklärung wird zum Start des Shops veröffentlicht.
